Winda is currently the Head of Quality Assurance Department at LIA Foundation, an educational foundation focusing on language teaching in Indonesia. She earned her master’s degree in educational psychology from Universitas Indonesia. Since late 2020, she has been affiliated with SEAMEO RECFON and actively involved as a team member of Cognition and Education Workstream in Action Against Stunting Hub (AASH) project in Indonesia.
